«Les éditocrates» is an essay by Mona Chollet, Olivier Cyran, Sébastien Fontenelle and Mathias Reymond, published by Editions La Découverte in paperback.
The book ironically portrays the «éditocrates», French journalists and commentators omnipresent in the press, radio and television. Without being experts in anything, they opine on almost everything and repeat clichés; they declare themselves «politically incorrect» when in reality they embody the intellectual conformism of the media.
Work in French of 196 pages, published in 2009 in the «Cahiers libres» collection by La Découverte.
Aimed at a general audience interested in media criticism and French opinion journalism.
