Les petjades dels herois is a book by Arcadi Alibés Riera that tells the exciting stories that have marked all the Olympic marathons, those of the great Emil Zatopek, Dorando Pietri, Féliz Carvajal and many others. The author also explains his own experience in each of them, because, following in the footsteps of the heroes, the journalist is one step away from becoming the first runner in the world to complete the marathons of the twenty-two Olympic venues. A story of glory, drama and tragedy in an essential book that infects the author's passion for a mythical test.
