L'home, mesura de totes les coses es un ensayo del escritor Joan Fuster, publicado en 1991. Fuster fue un ensayista valenciano muy importante, con una gran influencia en la vida cultural y cívica de los territorios catalanoparlantes. A partir de la década de los sesenta, se convirtió en un referente cívico en el País Valenciano en el movimiento de recuperación y normalización del valenciano, y una figura clave en el debate sobre la identidad valenciana en la segunda mitad del siglo XX.

Joan Fuster i Ortells was an influential Catalan writer. He is considered a major writer in the Valencian language, and his work contributed to reinvigorate left-wing, pro-Catalan nationalism in Valencia during the Spanish transition to democracy. In his influential political essay Nosaltres, els valencians (1962) he coined the term Països Catalans to refer to the Catalan-speaking territories.
