«Lola et quelques autres» is a book of erotic short stories by Régine Deforges, published by France Loisirs in hardcover (189 pages, in French).
The book traverses Paris through erotic vignettes featuring several women: a girl from the Quartier Latin, a young woman from the Coupole ball, a milkmaid from rue Mouffetard, and a submissive from Javel, among others. Encounters of desire and sensuality in different corners of the city.
The text was originally published in 1979; this France Loisirs edition is from 1988 and is revised and expanded with an unpublished text.
For admirers of Régine Deforges, author of the La bicyclette bleue trilogy, and for readers of erotic stories set in Paris.
Régine Deforges was a French author, editor, director, and playwright. Her book La Bicyclette bleue was the most popular book in France in 2000 and it was known by some to be offensive and to others for its plagiarism, neither of which was proved.
