«Los mejores días» is the children's picture book by Heinz Janisch, published by Editorial Luis Vives (Edelvives) in hardcover (26 pages, in Spanish).
The girl Marina and her yellow rabbit observe that some days everything is covered in water, others seem upside down, some have colored shadows and sometimes the city becomes a jungle. The book plays with the imagination and leaves it to the reader to discover which are the best days.
Illustrated by Helga Bansch and translated from German by Frank Schleper; original work «Es gibt so tage...», published in 2001. It belongs to the Miniálbumes collection.
Recommended for children aged 5 to 6 who are starting to read illustrated stories.
Heinz Janisch is an Austrian radio journalist and writer. In 2024, he won the Hans Christian Andersen Award for Writing.
