«Materia reservada» is the investigative essay by J. J. Benítez, published by Planeta in paperback (414 pages, in Spanish).
In October 1992, the Spanish Air Force lifted the secrecy on its UFO archives. J. J. Benítez argues that this gesture of transparency became the greatest fraud in European ufology and documents the maneuvers of the military high command since the 1960s to discredit the phenomenon of unidentified objects.
Published in 1993, it is volume 19 of the collection Los otros mundos de J. J. Benítez; the edition includes photographs.
For readers interested in ufology, UFO phenomena and criticism of military secrecy, with a documentary non-fiction approach.
