«Orzowei» is the adventure comic by Alberto Manzi, published by Ediciones Laida in hardcover and in Spanish.
The story follows a white child lost in Africa who is raised by a local tribe; between two cultures, his experiences form an adventure about identity, belonging and tolerance, with a youthful tone and a human background that have made it a classic of the genre.
Large-format hardcover edition (31 x 22 cm), fully illustrated in color and with the Ilustración Laida logo on the cover; the title means «encontrado».
Aimed at a young audience, it will also appeal to adults who remember the television series from the seventies based on this story.
Alberto Manzi was an Italian mayor, school teacher, writer and television host, best known for his popular television show Non è mai troppo tardi, an educational TV program broadcast in Italy between 1959 and 1968.
