«Razones para la alegría» is a book of Christian reflections by José Luis Martín Descalzo, published by Sociedad de Educación Atenas in paperback.
The author raises the question that gives the book its subtitle: what have Christians done with the joy received two thousand years ago. Through brief articles, he reflects on joy that does not depend on everything going well, but springs up even in difficulties, and proposes a faith lived in everyday life.
It belongs to the Biblioteca Básica del Creyente collection; the subtitle of the work is «Cristianos: ¿Qué habéis hecho del gozo que os dieron hace dos mil años?».
For readers interested in Christian spirituality and short readings: the articles are independent and about three pages each.
