«Une adolescence» is the memoir by Frédéric Mitterrand, published by Pocket in paperback (152 pages, in French).
Frédéric Mitterrand combines the memoiristic and the intimate to recall a youth he admits resembles that of an entire generation. With a light touch, he draws the portrait of a singular personality; the text opens with the confession that he still cannot decide between General de Gaulle and François Mitterrand.
It belongs to Pocket's Docs/récits/essais collection. The original edition appeared in 2015; this paperback edition is from March 2016.
For readers of memoirs and biographies in French, with an interest in French politics, culture, and media.
