«El día del león alado» is a collection of science fiction and fantasy stories by Silo, published by Antares in paperback (123 pages, in Spanish).
It brings together very short stories, longer tales, and fantasies close to science fiction; the title comes from the last story. Notable is «En los Ojos Sal, en los Pies Hielo», an application of the theory of consciousness to an unusual event, and there are fictions about a leader without a way out and a superman who overcomes gravity.
Silo is the pseudonym of Mario Luis Rodríguez, and the ISBN-10 of this edition is 8488028032. The Antares edition dates from 1992.
For readers of Silo and of short narrative that mixes fantasy, science fiction, and a reflection on consciousness.
