«El poema de la rosa als llavis» is the poetry collection by Joan Salvat-Papasseit, published by Ariel in paperback (96 pages, in Catalan).
Originally published in 1923, this collection is one of the representative works of Catalan avant-garde poetry. The verses, in Catalan, have a vital and optimistic tone that contrasts with the short life of Joan Salvat-Papasseit, marked by tuberculosis.
This edition is the 14th of Ariel's Clàssics Catalans collection, edited by Joaquim Molas.
For readers of Catalan poetry and twentieth-century avant-garde literature.
