«Endorfinas: la droga de la felicidad» is the health and wellness essay by Jack Lawson, published by Ediciones Obelisco in paperback (93 pages, in Spanish).
The book explains that the human body secretes endorphins, natural painkillers far more potent than heroin or morphine and without side effects. Lawson describes how massage, exercise, music or doing what one pleases stimulate their production, and argues that happiness is a biochemical state within everyone's reach.
Translation by Julio Peradejordi of the original Endorphins: The Drug of Happiness. Belongs to the Nueva consciencia collection and includes a bibliography (pages 89-91).
Recommended for readers interested in popular science on health, wellness and self-help.
