«L'Évangile des païens» is Odon Vallet's essay on the philosophy of religion, published by Albin Michel (336 pages, in French).
Odon Vallet proposes a secular reading of the Gospel of Luke: an analysis of the biblical text from philosophical and cultural presuppositions, outside confessional exegesis. The essay reflects on the meaning of Luke's narrative and on its value as a document within religious thought.
The work belongs to the Espaces libres collection from Albin Michel; the edition is paperback.
For readers interested in the philosophy of religion, biblical studies, and secular approaches to the Gospels.
