«Gran circo Taddei e altre storie di Vigàta» is the short story collection by Andrea Camilleri, published by Sellerio Editore Palermo in paperback, in Italian.
Eight self-contained stories set in the fictional Vigàta, featuring lawyers, palm readers, peasants, students, priests, and resolute women. They form a choral portrait of Sicily between the late 19th century and the postwar period, with irony and a fabulous undertone; each story is set on a specific historical date.
Published on March 3, 2011, it is part of the «La memoria» series from Sellerio Editore Palermo.
Andrea Calogero Camilleri was an Italian writer best known for his Salvo Montalbano crime novels.
