«Los aéreos» is the collection of five short stories by Luis Magrinyà, published by Círculo de Lectores in paperback, with 100 pages, in Spanish.
Five short stories that form a unified whole: airy characters, overwhelmed by aspirations they cannot sustain, whose achievements or failures arrive in circumstances that force them to reassess their initial gestures. The unease arises less from mystery than from an unconfessed desire, in an ambitious, distant, and uncompromising literary prose.
«Los aéreos» was originally published in 1993; the Círculo de Lectores edition is from 1995, in Spanish.
