«Más allá del miedo» is the psychology essay by Giorgio Nardone, published in 2003 by Ediciones Paidós in paperback (160 pages, in Spanish).
In «Más allá del miedo», Giorgio Nardone describes pathological fear as a mental construction: if we imagine it and flee, we reinforce it; if we face it, it can fade away. He explains how these fears form and develop and presents effective therapeutic methods, with examples and real cases, to overcome phobias, obsessions and panic.
Part of the Saberes Cotidianos collection (no. 42). Translated from the Italian by Juan Carlos Gentile Vitale.
Aimed at the general public interested in psychology and self-help, especially those who want to understand and confront phobias, obsessions and panic.
