«O que é a vida» is the urban youth novel by Manuel Lourenzo González, published by Xerais in paperback (192 pages, in Galician).
Teo Runner works as a delivery rider at Interpizza and, on his Bultaco motorbike, takes to the streets like a movie hero. Police officers Santos and Palmeira patrol the city and inevitably their paths cross. Friendship, love and justice mix in a novel with a cinematic and comic-book feel.
It belongs to the Fóra de Xogo collection from Xerais; its first edition was published in 2001, in Galician.
Recommended for young readers aged 14 and over, especially those who enjoy fast-paced urban stories inspired by movies and comics.
