Riprogettazione e riassegnazione del lavoro

Synopsis of Riprogettazione e riassegnazione del lavoro

«Riprogettazione e riassegnazione del lavoro» is the business and economics study by Fayna de las Heras Laforet, published by International Book Market Service Ltd in paperback (96 pages, in Italian).

The work addresses classic job redesign strategies (enrichment, enlargement and task rotation) and their effectiveness in contexts of financial crisis and corporate restructuring. Fayna de las Heras Laforet examines how they affect the careers of middle managers, presenting lateral mobility and reassignment of functions as mechanisms to regain the commitment of those who remain in the organization after a workforce reduction and overcome the so-called survivor syndrome.
