«La Doctrina Secreta. Vol II. Simbolismo arcaico universal» is the theosophical work by Helena Petrovna Blavatsky (Editorial Kier, paperback, 370 pages).
Blavatsky analyzes the common symbolism of the great religious and mythological traditions: primordial chaos, divine thought and the hidden deity. The work argues that beneath all religion and philosophy lies a common primordial tradition, and addresses the creation of the universe and human evolution from a theosophical perspective.
It is volume II of the series La Doctrina Secreta (The Secret Doctrine); the original work appeared in 1888.
Reference work for those studying theosophy, esotericism and spiritual philosophy.
