«Meditación: el arte de recordar quién eres» is Osho's meditation guide, published by Edaf in 2009 in paperback (208 pages, in Spanish).
Osho presents meditation as the art of remembering who one is and as a way to illuminate inner life, just as science and technology have illuminated outer life. Against the external transformation linked to the West, he presents the inner practice of the East as a universal and current phenomenon.
The original title is 'Meditation: The First and Last Freedom'; the volume belongs to the series 'Osho Insights for a new way of living' and to the Biblioteca Edaf de Bolsillo (no. 541).
For readers interested in spirituality, meditation and self-knowledge seeking an introduction to Osho's thought.

Rajneesh, also known as Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh, Acharya Rajneesh, and Osho, was an Indian godman, and founder of the new religious movement, the Rajneesh movement. He rejected institutional religions, insisting that spiritual experience could not be organized into any one system of religious dogma. As a guru, he advocated meditation and taught a unique form called dynamic meditation. Rejecting traditional ascetic practices, he encouraged his followers to embrace life fully while remaining unattached to worldly desires.
